Welcome to our new BLOG!
our new blog! i know...we're super late in
joining the blog world (as we were with facebook and twitter) but keep
in mind that you're dealing with people who become giddy when receiving a
handwritten note and less impressed with e-cards. although we clearly
haven't abandoned our love affair with snail mail and print, we're
pretty excited about using this space to share our inspirations and to
connect to yours. and now that summer has ended, i can't think of a
better way to kick off my first blog entry than sharing a few of my
favorite inspirations from the summer.
celebrating 20 years of friendship! i am completely inspired by the beauty, diversity and authenticity of our bonds. i think some of the shoes in the room sum up how fabulous we are (even after all these years).
the tranquil setting before some friends and i hit the patio for great conversation with good food and even better wine. no topic was left untouched - from politics to relationships to careers to the joys (and frustrations) of motherhood. thank you Amber for hosting!

i am a designer and lover of all things pretty, artful, and stylish. here i'm cheesing for the camera with Harry Seymour, Ph.D., an amazing artist in Martha's Vineyard and a few of his pieces that i absolutely adore.
i know...i'm not supposed to work while i'm on vacation but with all of the beauty and tranquility of Martha's Vineyard, i found myself sketching. new cards coming soon! work-life balance has been added to my task list...
good times with good friends are good for the soul.
